Christina Coleman

Christina is a Wiradjuri Murrawarrie from Wellington Valley in New South Wales. She lives on Bribie Island near Brisbane and is a mother to three boys. Christina is the lead facilitator in Keogh Bay’s Queensland-based training team, providing training services on the East Coast.

Christina has worked in a number of roles supporting Indigenous youth and children in the justice system or in preventative programs helping young people avoid becoming involved with police and the justice system. She has worked in roles including a volunteer youth worker in the Coffs Harbour PCYC; a Juvenile Justice Youth Officer in the Department of Human Services NSW, and Indigenous Program Coordinator to Cultural Capability training delivery for the Department of Youth Justice in the Queensland Government.

With Florence Drummond, Christina works in Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources(IWIMRA) – an on-line network of more than 8000 Indigenous women, men and their supporters working in the resources sector.

Christina joined the Keogh Bay team in May 2021.
