Kevin is a senior consultant at Keogh Bay and has over 30 years of experience in working with public and private sector organisations in Australia. He has lead and managed government and non-government human service organisations; provided consultancy services to both; project directed, researched, evaluated and published; and delivered health and education services in Victoria and Western Australia.
