Kingsley Bartlett is a Noongar man who grew up in the Morawa-Carnamah district. He has family links to Ballardong and Yuwit Aboriginal groups. He is an owner of Keogh Bay who is based in Perth Western Australia. Kingsley is a Certified Trainer and Assessor and has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of consultation, mentoring, leadership, training and assessment roles.
Kingsley will lead Keogh Bay’s consultation and stakeholder engagement with the community and Aboriginal businesses as part of this project. He will be Keogh Bay’s lead in the Goldfields-Esperance and Wheatbelt Delivery Area.
